Sleepyside stories

I've got an appointment to see my doctor tomorrow to evaluate my ongoing sleep problems, and contacts to see what sleep specialists in the area will work with Medicaid. I know that a bunch of you have apnea or other sleep disorders. Would you please tell me some about your experiences? In particular, what would be good for me to think about tell my doctor and/or ask him about, for best help right at the outset?
